TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. The online store operates in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation.

1. Contract and Ordering

A binding sales contract is formed once you receive an Order Confirmation via email.
To place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of clear pricing errors (e.g., if a product is mistakenly listed for €0.00).
Any orders made outside of, or to the outside of the Finnish border, will not be accepted nor honoured.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Finnish Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act for distance selling, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
The Timeframe: You must notify us of your intent to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to physically return the goods.

Return Costs: In compliance with the minimum legal requirements, the customer is responsible for all direct costs associated with returning the goods, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Condition of the Goods: You have the right to open the package and examine the item (e.g., try on clothing) to determine its nature and characteristics, just as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond this scope, you are liable for any diminished value, up to the full price of the item.

4. Specific Conditions for Clothing Products

To receive a full refund upon return, clothing items must meet the following criteria:

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the garment.
  • The items must be unwashed, unworn, and free from any signs of wear, stains (including makeup or deodorant), pet hair, or odors (such as perfume or cigarette smoke).
  • Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, sealed items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings cannot be returned once the protective seal or packaging has been opened.

5. 2-Year Commercial Warranty & Statutory Liability

Warranty: We provide a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing craftsmanship, provided the products are used strictly in their intended way.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper washing/care (contrary to the garment's care label), or accidental damage.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through amicable negotiations between the seller and the customer, Finnish consumers have the right to bring the matter before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta). Before doing so, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service (Kuluttajaneuvonta).
